I use a functional training system that prioritises the mechanics of fundamental movements to reform and optimise the body to function as it was designed to - stand, walk, run, and throw - building strong, resilient and athletic bodies for life.

60 minutes, 1-1 personalised sessions.
We will look at your posture and how you walk to find any imbalances that might be affecting how well your body moves and functions.
We'll use techniques to release tension in your muscles and tissues, making them more pliable and ready to move properly. How you breathe is key to helping your core muscles support and protect your spine.
We'll train your body to be better integrated, so you can move with good posture and control, allowing joints to glide and movement to become more fluid.
You'll get stronger and learn to move with better accuracy, making you more athletic and robust as you become more aware and in control of your body.
I'm Chris, a personal trainer since 2016. Originally from England, but now based in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to everyday individuals, helping them achieve incredible results.
Before becoming a trainer, I was a Physical Education teacher (idrottslärare) with a degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
