I help restore your body’s natural movement patterns. Together, we’ll work to reduce pain, improve posture, gain muscle, lose fat and feel athletic. 


It's for everyone. No matter who you are or what state you are in, I can help you achieve anything you are willing to work for.

Chris Tierney

I'm Chris, a personal trainer since 2016. Originally from England, but now based in Tyresö, Stockholm. I've worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to everyday individuals, helping them achieve incredible results. 


Before becoming a trainer, I was a Physical Education teacher (idrottslärare) with a degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
